About the event
From See Tickets's listing
https://www.uklittlesparrow.com/ Little Sparrow is singer/songwriter Katie Ware, a title that came from Elbow front man Guy Garvey, affectionately calling her 'Cockney Sparrow' it lead onto her stage name 'Little Sparrow'. Drawing influences from the likes of Kate Bush, PJ Harvey and All About Eve, Little Sparrow's music creates songs that are filled with a blend of styles, woven into the colourful tapestry of her music, often with a mysterious fairy tale quality. The critically acclaimed debut album 'Wishing Tree' released in 2014 had regular air play on BBC Introducing, BBC 6 Music and BBC Radio 2 as well as regular regional and international radio plays. She has supported established folk favourites such as Kathryn Roberts & Sean Lakeman, Blue Rose Code, The Cadbury Sisters and Beth Rowley plus sang alongside Bonnie Dobson in 2018. Laurel Canyon Music voted her 'New Artist of The Year' 2016. "A breathtaking vocalist delivering original and beautiful songs. An incredibly gifted songwriter with a great stage presence and a gorgeous voice."Chris Hawkins - BBC 6Music and BBC Radio 2 "Her voice is pure and lovely and she possesses a natural talent as a writer and singer."Simon Raymond - Bella Union Records "Wishing Tree's arrival on my doormat is one of the few times when an album from an artist I have never heard of has come through the letterbox and turned out to be a stone-cold masterpiece."RnR Magazine

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Manchester: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
