About the event
From See Tickets's listing
Bassist, composer, and bandleader Or Bareket is one of the leading figures of his generation on the New York and global scenes. His distinct lyricism, rhythmic dexterity, and groove-forward approach are central to his playing and writing alike, creating music that audiences feel within. Bareket's two recent quartet albums "SAHAR" (2022) and "Y?M" (2024) are among the defining works of the New York sound in the 2020's. The quartet's forthcoming album, set for release in fall of 2026, is sure to follow in those footsteps. A first-call collaborator, Bareket has worked regularly with the likes of Joel Ross, Etienne Charles, Camila Meza, Ben Wendel, and Yosvany Terry, and performed with Joshua Redman, Chris Potter, Marta Sanchéz, José James, Aaron Parks, Sullivan Fortner, and many more. ."...music of rhythmic sophistication and lyrical depth...brimming with springy energies and smart details" - Nate chinen, WBGO Jazz". Critics praise his "playful percussion and meticulous bass plucking" and his "welcoming spirit," showcasing artistry and global creativity ideal for today's premier stages Godwin Louis // saxophones Esteban Castro // piano Or Bareket // bass Savannah Harris // drums

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Manchester: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
