About the event
From See Tickets's listing
Ideas Man, noun : 'A person who is particularly good at thinking of new or original ideas.' That's what Mike Bubbins is. Not an admin man. Not an organised man. Not an especially dedicated man. This comedy tour, for instance, is a case in point. Mike has got loads of really funny stories. He's wonderful at telling them. So he had the idea of sharing those stories with people, to give them some big laughs and a great night out. He's left every single other thing that needs to be done in order to make that happen, to other people. Except the name. IDEASMAN was his idea. The Telegraph - ' delightfully silly....the jokes come thick and fast...delivered with such confidence by Bubbins... **** ' Irish Times - ' a giggle fest... wistfully hilarious ' The Times - ' ... Bubbins is terrific ' Radio Times - ' ...a brilliant performance from Bubbins ' Mike Bubbins is a Welsh comedian, actor, writer and broadcaster. He is the creator, co-writer and star of the hit BBC sitcom Mammoth. When it was first transmitted the debut series of Mammoth was the biggest debut sitcom on BBC2 in five years. Series two will screen in December 2025. Age Guidance 16+

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Plymouth: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
