About it

From Viator's listing

Sheffield can sometimes feel inaccessible to foreign visitors. Take the mystery out of your visit by exploring with a local on a private walking tour. This is a personalized walking tour where you will discover the exterior of monuments, including museums; however, if you would like to include a museum visit, we can provide a customized itinerary—just let us know beforehand. Your guide contacts you in advance to understand your interests and preferences, ensuring a tour that focuses only on what excites you. As you wander through the city, your guide shares insights into Sheffield's culture, history, and local life, revealing hidden gems and iconic landmarks alike. Perfect for families, solo travelers, or couples, this private tour allows you to experience Sheffield through the eyes of a local expert, providing insider knowledge and memorable moments you won’t find on your own.

How I list these

Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: Viator. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Sheffield: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.

Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.

A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.

I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
