Arc Parking runs off-airport parking for Heathrow Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, in two forms. With park and ride, staff take the car at its site and a free shuttle runs to the terminal; the FAQ describes the shuttles as 9-seater minivans with limited luggage space, and the terms cap each journey at eight passengers. With meet and greet, a driver meets you at the departure terminal and brings the car back to the same terminal when you return. The site moved on 9 June 2026, and the homepage now gives its location as Stockley Country Park, UB8 3LN, open from 4am to midnight every day. The FAQ recommends reaching the site at least 90 to 100 minutes before the airline's check-in deadline. Prices only appear after a date search.
Arc lists its extra charges up front on the homepage and in the FAQ, and several are easy to trigger:
Heathrow's own terminal drop-off and pick-up charges aren't included and are paid to the airport. The terms also leave ULEZ compliance with the driver, since cars may be moved around the Heathrow area during the stay.
Cars are parked in open-air compounds and may be driven between Arc's sites around Heathrow during the booking, as both the FAQ and the terms state. CCTV covers the site but not every area, and footage is kept for up to 30 days. The terms put the car at the owner's risk unless Arc's negligence is proven, cap its liability at £750 per incident and separately require a £750 customer excess before it authorises repairs, which have to go through its approved repairer. Read together, those clauses leave most minor damage with the customer, which is why the £10 inspection and dated photos at drop-off matter more here than at a firm with standard terms. Damage is meant to be raised with staff before driving away, since the terms allow later claims to be declined, and Arc aims to answer complaints in writing within 15 working days.
Direct bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before drop-off are refunded minus a £15 admin fee, while cancellations inside 48 hours, bookings made within 48 hours and no-shows get nothing back. Dates, times and vehicle details can usually be amended, with any price difference charged. Arc also takes bookings through comparison sites and agents, and for those the agent's own cancellation terms decide the refund, so the agent is the first contact.
Reviews are mostly positive, but the complaints are serious. On Trustpilot it scored 3.9 out of 5 from 68 reviews in October 2026, with 69% five-star and 25% one-star ratings. Happy reviewers mention fair prices, quick handovers and friendly drivers. The one-star reviews describe slow collections, damage disputes involving the £750 excess, a crowded shuttle van and, in one case, a car the owner believes was driven while they were away. Arc replies to about half of its negative reviews.
The codes on this page go in the discount code box on Arc's search form. In October 2026 a pop-up on its homepage also offered 15% off a first booking in return for an email sign-up. Arc describes park and ride as its budget-friendly option. Some of the extras are avoidable: arriving within the booked drop-off window and collecting on the booked date keep the £20 charges off the bill, while a van that isn't declared at booking still pays the £35 fee on site.

Since its site moved on 9 June 2026, Arc's homepage gives the location as Stockley Country Park, UB8 3LN, with full arrival instructions in the booking confirmation. Cars may also be stored at its other sites around Heathrow during a booking.
No. Heathrow's terminal drop-off and pick-up charges are set and collected by the airport, so they're paid to Heathrow on top of the Arc booking.
Direct bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before drop-off are refunded minus a £15 admin fee; later cancellations and no-shows aren't refunded. Bookings made through a comparison site follow that site's cancellation terms.
Damage needs to be raised with staff before driving away, then emailed with a damage form and photos. Arc's terms cap its liability at £750 per incident, require a £750 customer excess and use its own approved repairer, and it aims to respond within 15 working days.

Airparks runs airport parking at several UK airports, with its own secured car parks at sites including Birmingham, London Luton and Aberdeen. Its shopping case rests on terminal access and airport-specific choices rather than a single generic parking product. Compare the airport, transfer method and how much time you need at both ends of the trip before booking.

APH sells airport parking and hotel-and-parking packages at major UK airports. The right choice depends on which airport you fly from, what time you need to leave and whether a short stay nearby would make an early departure easier.

Compare My Parking Deals lets you compare airport parking at a range of UK airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester and Edinburgh. The site focuses on two options: meet and greet, where a driver takes your car, and park and ride, where a shuttle takes you to the terminal.

Compare Parking Prices is a booking agent, run by Slough-registered Coreaxia Solutions Ltd, that lists independent meet and greet, park and ride and on-airport parking at 12 UK airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester and Stansted, plus Dublin. Its Manchester page showed eight-day park and ride from £51 in October 2026. Cheaper Saver and Mystery deals keep the operator's name back until after payment and usually can't be changed or refunded.

Global Airport Parking Services is an airport parking comparison and booking service covering four UK airports: Heathrow, Manchester, Leeds Bradford and Birmingham. It is aimed at travellers who want to compare parking options before leaving their car behind.

HolidayTaxis is a transfer booking service that arranges airport, port and resort transport in many countries, from shared shuttles and minibuses to private cars and wheelchair-accessible taxis. It suits travellers who want a fixed transfer booked before they fly, rather than arranging a taxi on arrival.

Leeds Airport Parking runs a meet and greet parking service at Leeds Bradford Airport. If you are leaving your car at the airport for a trip, it is worth knowing how the service is set up before you book.

minicabit is a UK booking site where you enter a pickup, destination and date, then compare quotes from licensed private hire operators. It covers local trips, group travel and airport transfers. The quotes are only as accurate as the details you enter, so the journey specifics matter more than the headline price.
