Berghaus
Berghaus sells everything from everyday fleeces to waterproof mountain jackets, and those are very different things to buy. Start with the conditions you'll wear it in: a warm layer for dry days, a shell for rain or a system that leaves room for both. The right specification matters more than the biggest sale percentage.

Match the layer to the job
The range includes Prism Polartec fleeces, Deluge waterproof jackets, insulated layers and backpacks. A fleece can be a useful extra layer, while a waterproof shell answers a different need. Check the exact product's waterproofing, insulation and fit rather than assuming every Berghaus jacket does the same job.
If you plan to wear layers together, compare measurements with the clothing you will have underneath. Look at hood adjustment, pockets and packability where they matter to your trip. InterActive appears in several product names, so confirm the precise compatibility before buying pieces to zip together.
Compare the exact model
Similar names and different generations can hide meaningful changes. Match the model, size and colour when comparing prices, and look at the care instructions before deciding. Berghaus also promotes its RepairHaus service; if you already own a damaged item, check the repair route before replacing it.
