What is Compare Parking Prices?
Compare Parking Prices is a booking agent rather than a car park: it takes the booking and the payment, and an independent operator parks the car. Its FAQ says it books only for independent parking companies advertising on the site, and its terms leave the service, the car's security and any damage with that operator. The site is a trading name of Coreaxia Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales in November 2024 with its office in Slough. Each booking comes with a confirmation email carrying the operator's phone number, plus a free text message.
Which airports and parking types can you compare?
The search covers twelve UK airports (Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Gatwick, Glasgow, Heathrow, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, Luton, Manchester, Southampton and Stansted) plus Dublin. Results fall into three types:
- Meet and greet: a driver takes the car at the terminal and brings it back there when you land.
- Park and ride: you leave the car at a compound and take a shuttle to the terminal.
- On-airport parking: long stay with a shuttle, or short stay within walking distance.
The airport pages give a feel for prices. In October 2026 the Manchester page quoted eight-day stays from £51 for Easy Park and Ride to £80 for meet and greet, and the Heathrow page listed 13 operators from £60 to £80 without saying how many days those prices cover. Park and ride sat at the cheaper end at both airports. Symbols on each result show its security features, and the FAQ points to the Park Mark award, which the British Parking Association gives car parks that meet its Safer Parking Scheme criteria.
How do cancellations and changes work?
Cancelling needs 48 hours' notice before drop-off and costs a £15 admin fee unless cancellation cover was added at booking. The FAQ and the terms agree on that, and both say later cancellations and no-shows get no refund, the booking fee is never refunded, and non-flexible bookings can't be changed or cancelled at all, a restriction that may also apply to Saver and Mystery rates. The homepage describes the cancellation cover as free with 24 hours' notice on eligible bookings, so the wording shown at checkout is what settles a particular booking. Cancellations go through Compare Parking Prices, not the car park. Flight, vehicle and contact details can be changed free in My Booking, while new dates or times need customer services. Staying longer is charged by the car park at its daily rate, and coming back early earns no refund.
What do customers say about Compare Parking Prices?
Opinion is split almost down the middle. On Trustpilot it scored 2.8 out of 5 from 676 reviews in October 2026, with 49% five-star and 44% one-star ratings. The good reviews mention easy booking, fair prices and quick transfers. The bad ones mostly concern meet and greet at Heathrow and Stansted: late or missed collections, cars returned damaged or apparently driven, slow refunds and extra charges at the terminal. Trustpilot notes that the company hasn't replied to its negative reviews. The homepage calls its providers vetted, but the terms say it doesn't inspect or guarantee their standards, so the operator's own record and security features say more than the listing does.
How can you pay less at Compare Parking Prices?
Booking early and choosing park and ride over meet and greet make the biggest difference, judging by the site's own price tables, and its airport pages say rates climb as the travel date gets closer. The codes on this page go in the discount code box, and a pop-up on the homepage offers a code for booking ahead. Saver and Mystery deals undercut the named listings by keeping the car park's name back until after payment, usually at the cost of being able to change or cancel. The mailing list sends parking offers by email. Airport access or exit fees, larger vehicles and longer stays can all add to the total, and the FAQ says whether an airport fee is included varies by service, which the "More info" link on each result explains.
