The idea
Field Doctor's goal is simple: food that tastes great and feeds your health. It follows a food-as-medicine principle, with meals designed by an in-house dietitian using peer-reviewed nutrition research. Its chefs cook in small batches with seasonal produce, then flash freeze the meals to lock in freshness.
The range
Familiar dishes come in single and double portions, grouped by what you're aiming for. There's a low FODMAP range certified by Monash University for people managing IBS, plus ranges for GLP-1 users, menopause, PMOS (formerly PCOS), heart health, high protein, lower carbs and gluten free. A smaller-portion range suits lighter appetites.
Cooking
Meals cook from frozen in the microwave or the oven, so a ready dinner takes minutes. Many people stock the freezer for busy weeks, recovery or lunches at work.
Delivery
Boxes arrive frozen, packed with dry ice, and the courier emails a time slot on the day. There's a minimum order, and delivery is free above a higher basket total shown on the site. Field Doctor doesn't deliver to some areas, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, so check your postcode before you order.
Saving
You don't have to subscribe: one-off orders are available at checkout. Subscribers can change frequency, pause or cancel from their account. Any live code is listed on this page: copy it and enter it at checkout. Codes generally can't be combined, and multi-order codes are usually for new customers only.
Returns
As frozen food, meals can't be sent back for a change of mind. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact Field Doctor with photos and it will look at a replacement delivery. Under its refund policy, tell it within thirty days of receipt.
