Fiverr is a marketplace for freelance services rather than a shop with its own stock. Freelancers, which Fiverr calls sellers, list their services as Gigs, and buyers order them through the site. Its categories include graphics and design, digital marketing, writing and translation, video and animation, music and audio, programming and tech, AI services and business help. It suits small businesses, sole traders and anyone who needs a one-off piece of work done without taking someone on. Fiverr Pro is a separate area for businesses, where every freelancer has been vetted by Fiverr's industry experts.
Most Gigs come in packages at different price points, and a seller can also send a Custom Offer written for your brief, with its own price and delivery time. Bigger jobs can be split into milestones that are paid for and delivered one at a time, and some sellers work on hourly contracts. You pay when you order, and the seller delivers through the order page. While an order is marked as delivered you can ask for revisions, up to the number the seller offers, and the order completes when you accept it or after a short period with no reply. Fiverr's terms ask both sides to keep messages and payments on the site.
Fiverr adds a service fee at checkout, plus a small-order fee on smaller purchases, and shows the full total before you pay. Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your chosen currency, so an amount in pounds can move a little with the exchange rate. Fiverr's payment terms list card, PayPal, Fiverr Credits and an existing Fiverr Balance as the ways to pay in most countries.
Fiverr asks buyers to raise a problem with the seller through its Resolution Center first, and to contact Customer Support if that fails. It cancels orders for reasons such as a seller being late and unresponsive, delivering nothing related to the brief or holding work back, but not over quality alone when the work matches the Gig description. Money from a cancelled order goes back to your Fiverr Balance rather than your card. A refund to your payment method can be requested from the billing page, and Fiverr says it may carry a fee.
A promo code is entered on Fiverr's checkout page before you pay, and an order placed without it doesn't get the discount. Fiverr's terms say a code can be used once per account, can't be combined with another promotion, applies only to the first milestone of a milestone order and doesn't apply to Fiverr Credits. Some codes are for a first order only, and each code's own conditions are shown with it.
We currently list 1 discount code. Check each offer's terms, country and expiry date before using it. The retailer confirms eligibility at checkout.
Yes. Fiverr sets its prices in US dollars and lets you pay in other currencies, so the amount in pounds can change with the exchange rate. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
Not automatically. Money from a cancelled order goes to your Fiverr Balance for future orders, and you can ask for it to be returned to your payment method from the billing page, which Fiverr says may carry a fee.
Usually not, if the work matches the Gig description or what you agreed with the seller. Fiverr asks you to request revisions or use the Resolution Center first, and it cancels orders over problems such as late, missing or withheld work.
Unless the Gig or Custom Offer says otherwise, the rights in the delivered work pass to you once it has been paid for. Voice-over Gigs are an exception: commercial rights are bought separately as an extra.
Fiverr Pro is Fiverr's area for businesses. Its freelancers are vetted by industry experts, and it adds business features such as shared projects and business payment methods.
You complete your purchase with the retailer. For order changes, delivery questions or a refund, contact the seller shown on your order confirmation. Vouchernaut publishes shopping guides and offers; we don't process your purchase.
