Geepas sells small appliances under its own name, mostly for the kitchen. The range covers kettles and toasters, also sold as matching sets, plus air fryers, slow cookers, rice cookers, mini ovens, blenders, food processors and the wet and dry mixer grinders made for Indian cooking. Beyond the kitchen there are fan heaters, oil-filled radiators, fans, dehumidifiers, irons, garment steamers and vacuum and steam cleaners. Its product pages also estimate what each appliance costs to run.
The brand began in Bahrain as part of Western International Group, and its UK shop is run by Western International Group (UK) Ltd. For comparing similar appliances, Daewoo and Tower sell overlapping ranges, and our guide to winter help with energy bills compares the running costs of a plug-in heater and an electric blanket.
Geepas sends orders across the UK by courier and chooses the carrier for each order. Orders go out on weekdays only, and its delivery page sets out the order cut-off and how quickly parcels arrive. Orders to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man travel on a slower service, and an order with several items can arrive in separate parcels. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout, and orders can't be collected from the warehouse.
Most unused items can go back if a shopper changes their mind, as long as they're complete, in their original packaging and within the window on Geepas's returns page. Returns are arranged by emailing its support team, and the shopper pays the postage on a change-of-mind return. A faulty or damaged item gets a prepaid label, though Geepas may first help troubleshoot it or send a replacement part. Intimate or sanitary goods and some personal care products can't be returned, and anything bought from another seller on a marketplace follows that seller's returns policy.
Geepas covers its appliances with a warranty and asks owners to register their product on its site. The warranty covers manufacturing faults in household use for the original buyer, and leaves out accidental damage, wear and tear, limescale and commercial use. Claims are made by email with proof of purchase and photos or video of the fault. Its spare parts team also aims to supply parts for products that can be repaired, inside or outside the warranty. Statutory rights under UK consumer law apply alongside it.
Geepas takes debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, and Klarna and Clearpay offer ways to pay later at checkout. No account is needed to order. A discount code goes in the box at checkout, and as a code can be limited to particular products, the terms beside each code on this page say what it covers.
We currently list 4 discount codes. Check each offer's terms, country and expiry date before using it. The retailer confirms eligibility at checkout.
Yes. Orders to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man go on a slower service than the rest of the UK, so they take longer to arrive.
The shopper pays the postage when they change their mind. If the item is faulty or arrives damaged, Geepas sends a prepaid returns label.
Geepas's own returns policy covers orders from its website and its verified marketplace channels. Anything bought from another seller follows that seller's returns policy.
No. For health and safety reasons Geepas doesn't allow collections from, or returns to, its warehouse, so orders go by courier.
Its spare parts team aims to supply parts for products that can be repaired, inside or outside the warranty, while parts are available. Requests go to its support team by email with photos and the product's model number.
You complete your purchase with the retailer. For order changes, delivery questions or a refund, contact the seller shown on your order confirmation. Vouchernaut publishes shopping guides and offers; we don't process your purchase.
