What is Hoseasons' cancellation policy?
Our answerHoseasons charges by how many days before arrival it gets your notice, with separate tables for lodges and parks, cottages and boats. Cancelling early, from 43 to 85 or more days out depending on the booking, costs the full standard deposit, which is non-refundable. After that the charge is a share of the total accommodation cost, rising to 95% within 7 days for lodges, parks and boats, and 100% within 42 days for cottages. Booking and handling fees aren't refunded, nor is cutting a stay short. Lodges and parks sell Enhanced Cancellation Terms, refunding cancellations for qualifying reasons such as certified illness, less a £60 charge and other fees.

Does Hoseasons do an NHS or Blue Light Card discount?
Our answerYes. NHS and healthcare staff can get a discount on new Hoseasons accommodation bookings through Health Service Discounts, a free scheme; the saving depends on arrival date and the booking must be made online through its link. Blue Light Card members, including NHS staff, teachers, emergency services, armed forces, police, social care workers and eligible retirees, get member pricing on selected Hoseasons holidays, applied automatically when they click through, for online bookings only. Blue Light Card membership costs £4.99 for two years. Hoseasons says a provider's discount must be booked through that provider's website and can't be added after booking.
