Checking delivery before you pay
The UK delivery page lists several routes. Tracked delivery costs £3.95 and is free on orders of £25, with a stated 2 to 3 day wait. Next Day delivery costs £5.95 for orders placed before 1am and does not run on Bank Holidays. Click and Collect uses a network of collection points and holds parcels for a further 10 days after notification. Some premium and express services can be paused in busy periods, so if timing matters, look at the options shown at checkout rather than assuming a service is available.
Returns are conditional
The returns policy gives 30 days from receipt to start a return, but only for items that are unopened, unused and with seals intact. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled case by case through customer service, and photo or video evidence speeds this up. Exchanges are not offered, so a different size or shade means placing a new order and returning the first. Refunds are issued to your account once the return has been received and processed, and you will be emailed when it is on its way.
If you are unsure about a shade or texture, buying a smaller size first is the safer route, since opened products cannot be returned.
