Petlibro makes app-connected feeders, water fountains, a pet camera and a self-cleaning litter box, mostly designed around cats, and has been selling them since 2019. Prices on the UK store in October 2026:
The Polar chills three 200ml portions of wet food for up to 72 hours, which covers a weekend away. The Granary 2 series weighs food to within a gram, and Luma scoops after every visit, recognises up to 10 cats and, by Petlibro's own testing, holds about a week of waste for two cats.
Not for the basics: feeding schedules, the fountains and live video all work without one, but some headline features sit behind paid plans. Petlibro Care (£59.99 for one pet, £129.99 for several, in October 2026) adds intake tracking and alerts when eating habits change. Video Cloud AI, sold as annual plans at £99.99, £149.99 or £179.99, is needed for recordings, playback and Luma's AI waste analysis. Neither Luma nor the Scout camera takes an SD card, so saved clips depend on that plan, and it belongs in the sums when comparing Luma with other self-cleaning litter boxes.
Delivery from the UK warehouse takes three to seven business days, stretching to six to ten around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It's free on orders of £50 or more and £4.99 below that, so every device ships free and only small accessory orders pay. The store covers all of the UK except the Channel Islands and Gibraltar, and won't deliver to PO boxes or military addresses. Undamaged products can go back within 30 days with all their packaging and accessories, once a return has been approved through [email protected] or the contact form; for returns that aren't about a fault, the customer pays postage. Luma and Granary 2 get a 90-day in-home trial instead, though Luma must come back clean or a £60 cleaning fee comes off the refund. Feeders and fountains carry a 24-month warranty, which excludes parts that wear out, such as filters, desiccant bags and batteries. Petlibro devices bought through Amazon get repairs from Petlibro, but refunds go through Amazon.
Opinion is split. Petlibro's Trustpilot page, which covers every market, scored 3.3 out of 5 from 1,045 reviews in October 2026, with 54% five-star and 33% one-star ratings. Happy owners mention pets taking to the feeders and fountains and quick replacements, while the one-star reviews mostly describe slow support replies, cooling faults on Polar feeders and firmware updates that upset feeding schedules. Tom's Guide's reviewer, writing in August 2026 after three months with Luma, said his two cats chose it over a Litter-Robot 5 and valued its per-cat tracking, but found the waste drawer shallow enough to need emptying more often.
The codes on this page have usually been a percentage off standalone devices, a larger one off bundles, or a Luma-only discount, and the store takes one promo code per order. New newsletter subscribers get 15% off sitewide plus up to £150 off select devices, sent as three codes for three separate orders. Product pages often show a store code of their own beside the price, so the checkout price can come in under the listed one. The Trade Up scheme gives £100 off Luma, or 25% off a camera, feeder or fountain, in exchange for a photo of an older device from any brand; the old one stays with its owner, and the code lasts seven days and can't be combined with other offers. Filters and desiccant bags can go on repeat delivery, with 30% off the first filter delivery in October 2026.
We currently list 5 discount codes. Check each offer's terms, country and expiry date before using it. The retailer confirms eligibility at checkout.

Barking Heads sells dry and wet dog food, plus the Meowing Heads range for cats, from its UK website. The brand says its recipes are at least half meat or fish and its dry dog food is made in Yorkshire. A 2kg bag cost about £12 to £15 in October 2026. Subscriptions take 20% off RRP, and delivery is free over £40 to mainland Great Britain, though not Northern Ireland.

Buddylicious makes natural dog treats in a range of soft, dried and chew formats, with flavours built around wild meats, fish and chicken. The range suits training sessions, dental chews and calmer snacks, and the brand also sells bundles and gift boxes. Here is how to pick the right treat for your dog.

Fidelis makes steam-cooked fresh dog food in 400g glass jars that keep for 12 months in a cupboard until opened, plus air-dried food, natural chews and training treats. Six-jar packs cost £23.99 to £26.99 for single recipes in October 2026, delivery is free on UK orders over £49, and Subscribe & Save reaches 15% off from the third order. It suits owners who want fresh food without giving up freezer space.

Viovet is an online pet and equine shop aimed at UK owners who want a wide range under one roof. The range spans dogs, cats and horses, so it suits people who look after more than one kind of animal and want to compare products in a single place.

Zooplus is a pet supplies store for owners who want food, litter, toys and accessories in one place. It covers dogs, cats, small pets and birds. Its strengths are range, regular-delivery options and a loyalty scheme, though delivery costs and eligibility depend on order value and postcode.

Fish Cave Aquatics sells tropical fish and aquarium equipment with a focus on delivering livestock directly to your door. The range covers tanks, filtration, water treatment and everyday maintenance items, so it suits both first-time fishkeepers and established hobbyists.
