About the event
From See Tickets's listing
SAUSAGE FACTORY PRESENTS IN BRIGHTON POLITE BUREUAX: Extending beyond music and punk poetry, the track "Broke Biscuits" features in the new skateboard movie 'Mutate or Die' from the legendary 'Heroin Skateboards'. Polite Bureaux AKA Joe Smith "You will see them deliver their mix of spoken word, electronic, and punk energy to the stage." - NME "It was only half three in the afternoon, but we were quickly thrown into the spirit of a Saturday night with the arrival of Polite Bureaux. The Bradford-born act AKA Joe Smith kicked things off with a punk-goes-clubbing banger full of filthy guitars and head-bobbing bass. Singer - and professional afternoon raver - Joseph Smith led the charge with profanity-laden provocations. I hadn't been awake all that long, so this was exactly what the doctor ordered."- Louder Than War "A northern Mike Skinner, our generation's Sleaford Mods over Underworld-like electronic instrumentals and pure post-punk stage presence. To come across a band so wildly obscure, yet have all their words feel so familiar, was remarkable. I had never smiled so much during a set."-The Everyday Bradford's (UK) Polite Bureaux energentic genre-smashing electronic post-punk dance project explodes from Joe Smith with wiry Lo-Fi pulsating electronics beats with razor-sharp lyrical rants of daily life.…

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Brighton: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
