About the event
From See Tickets's listing
Enjoy an exquisite candlelit concert in the days after Christmas in the outstanding setting of the New Town Church, George Street in Edinburgh. Experience the timeless beauty of J.S. Bach's Cello Suites, performed by the acclaimed cellist Chloe Randall. Regarded as some of the most profound works ever written for solo instrument, Bach's Suites for Cello are a journey through grace, melancholy, strength, and serenity. In this special performance, you'll hear three of the most beloved suites-each one a masterful expression of Bach's genius and emotional depth. FeaturingChloe Randall (cello)ProgrammeJ.S. During her time at the RNCM she was awarded the Amy Lindley Cello Prize as well as the Shirley Cattarall Award for Cello. She co-founded the violin and cello duo 'Nexus Duo' who gave regular concerts around the north of England. In 2021 she began her studies at the University of Music and the Arts in Vienna, Austria. There, she spent three years studying with Bernhard Hedenborg and Florian Berner and was supported by the Scottish International Educational Trust.

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Edinburgh: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
