About it
From Viator's listing
Step into the elegant world of Earl Grey – not just the tea, but the man himself. This exclusive experience invites you to follow in the footsteps of one of Northumberland’s most distinguished figures, discovering the landscapes, heritage, and flavours that shaped his legacy. Departing from Newcastle, your journey unfolds along the breathtaking Northumberland Coast. At the heart of your day lies a visit to Howick Hall Gardens, the beloved family home of the 2nd Earl Grey and the birthplace of the world-famous tea. Wander through beautiful seasonal gardens and soak up the serene atmosphere before enjoying a traditional afternoon tea — naturally, accompanied by a cup of Earl Grey in the place where it all began. This tour offers a rare blend of storytelling, scenery, and taste — a refined and quintessentially English experience that connects past and present in one unforgettable day.

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: Viator. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Newcastle: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
