About it
From Viator's listing
Meet on Ouse Street (behind Hotel Du Vin) at 10:40am for a unique food and history tour through Newcastle’s most creative and vibrant quarters. The Ouseburn Valley is bursting with character. From striking street art and independent eateries to craft breweries, and even an urban farm, this neighbourhood is a must-visit for food lovers and culture seekers alike. Your walking tour will begin with a private visit of the historic 19th-century Victoria Tunnel, once a bustling waggon way beneath the city, now a fascinating glimpse into Newcastle’s past. After uncovering its secrets, we’ll embark on a food safari, sampling an incredible selection of dishes and drinks from some of Ouseburn’s best-loved spots. With a mix of casual bites and refined dining—including a visit to a Michelin Guide restaurant—you’ll experience the true depth of the area’s food scene.

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: Viator. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Newcastle: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
