About it

From Viator's listing

An Oxford Official Walking Tour is the best way to explore the "City of dreaming spires". Led by one of our knowledgeable guides this award-winning University & City Tour is 2hours. You'll be able to walk by Oxford’s most popular sights, including its colleges*, the Bodleian Library, the Radcliffe Camera, the Sheldonian Theatre, the Bridge of Sighs and many more! This University & City Tour is the best way to learn about the traditions and secrets of Oxford, the University and its colleges. Be led down hidden lanes and alleyways, and let years of history unfold before you. Your guide will lead you past Oxford’s famous movie locations, including Harry Potter, Alice in Wonderland and the Morse, Lewis & Endeavour TV series. You'll hear stories of the great academics and scientists who've studied here in our beautiful heritage city. * Subject to availability college visits are included in our 1pm and 2pm tours.

How I list these

Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: Viator. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Oxford: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.

Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.

A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.

I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
