About it

From Viator's listing

This private walking tour reveals Oxford’s historic and romantic heritage. Ancient streets create a timeless atmosphere for couples. Begin at the University Church of St Mary the Virgin. Its medieval tower reflects Oxford’s spiritual legacy. Admire the Radcliffe Camera nearby. This classical landmark symbolises centuries of scholarship. Observe the historic Bodleian Library exterior. Generations of thinkers studied within its ancient walls. Walk beneath the elegant Bridge of Sighs. Why did this graceful bridge inspire such a name? View the Sheldonian Theatre designed by Christopher Wren. Its architecture celebrates England’s classical tradition. Pause at the Martyrs’ Memorial. It marks a dramatic chapter of religious history. Explore the historic Oxford Castle area. End near Christ Church Cathedral and Magdalen College grounds. Please note: The program and attractions may vary based on booking date/time and crowd conditions, ensuring each visit is a unique experience.

How I list these

Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: Viator. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Oxford: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.

Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.

A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.

I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
