About it

From Viator's listing

Discover the royal town of Windsor before stepping inside the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world. Take Windsor at your own pace, spend quality time with a local and get your bearings on your very own private tour of Windsor. This experience combines a guided walking tour of Windsor with expert historical insight into Windsor Castle before you enter, so when you go inside, everything you see has context, stories, and meaning. Your guide will bring Windsor to life with tales of kings, queens, scandals, ceremonies, and centuries of royal drama, while showing you the town’s most important sights. Outside the castle, you’ll get a full introduction to its history, architecture, and the Royal Family’s connection to it today. At the end of the tour, your guide will take you directly to the entrance, and assist you in entering the castle with your tickets (included in this tour price!) allowing you to explore the State Apartments, St George’s Chapel, and more at your own pace.

How I list these

Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: Viator. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Windsor: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.

Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.

A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.

I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
