About it

From Viator's listing

Are you wondering what to do in Windsor apart from visiting the castle? Go beyond the castle and discover all the beautiful sights that Windsor has to offer with this self-guided walking tour. Discover how the British Royal family has shaped the town of Windsor. Discover fun facts like the reason why Windsor has 2 railway stations and how a dog supposedly invented the Eton Mess. This walk is perfect for those who are in Windsor for a day and want to discover popular spots and hidden gems at their own pace. The tour begins conveniently at the Windsor & Eton Riverside Train Station, passes by the Windsor Castle & crooked house, covers prominent landmarks like the Queen Victoria statue and the long walk before ending near the prestigious Eton College. Please note that Windsor castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Eton college can be visited only with a guided tour on Fridays. Entry to these is not a part of the tour and you may want to plan your Windsor visit accordingly.

How I list these

Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: Viator. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Windsor: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.

Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.

A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.

I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
