How to cancel Asda Delivery Pass
You can cancel Asda Delivery Pass online. It ends as soon as you cancel.

- Sign in to Asda Groceries and go to Your Account.
- Open the Delivery Pass settings and cancel your Pass.
- To stop it renewing instead, opt out of auto renewal in the same Delivery Pass settings.

Leaving early
Paying monthly, Asda stops taking payments when you cancel, but you won’t qualify for the Savings Guarantee.
Refunds
Cancel an unused Pass within 14 days of buying it for a full refund; outside the 14 days Asda doesn’t refund payments already made.

Your rights
If you signed up online or by phone, you can usually cancel within 14 days of the day you signed up, without giving a reason.
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 29
If you asked for it to start within those 14 days, you usually pay for what you had up to the day you told them you were cancelling.
Digital content, such as a film or a book you stream or download, is the exception: once it has started with your agreement, and you accepted that you'd lose the right to cancel, you usually lose those 14 days.
If Apple or Google Play bills you for it, you cancel it with them, not with the seller. On Google Play, deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
