How to cancel Merlin Annual Pass
You can cancel Merlin Annual Pass online. After the 12-month minimum, ask 5 or more days before a payment and it ends the day before that payment; ask later and it ends a month after.
Step by step
- Merlin Monthly Membership has a 12-month minimum term; you can cancel once you’ve completed the 12 months.
- To cancel all passes on the order, go to Merlin’s membership portal with your 9-digit order number and email address.
- To cancel only 1 or 2 passes on the order, fill in the form linked from Merlin’s help article.

Leaving early
Merlin says it can’t cancel inside the 12-month minimum term after the first 14 days, except for medical reasons with a signed letter from a GP.
Refunds
Within 14 days of buying, if you haven’t used it, Merlin cancels a Monthly Membership with a full refund.

Your rights
If you signed up online or by phone, you can usually cancel within 14 days of the day you signed up, without giving a reason.
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 29
If you asked for it to start within those 14 days, you usually pay for what you had up to the day you told them you were cancelling.
Digital content, such as a film or a book you stream or download, is the exception: once it has started with your agreement, and you accepted that you'd lose the right to cancel, you usually lose those 14 days.
If Apple or Google Play bills you for it, you cancel it with them, not with the seller. On Google Play, deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
