How to cancel Oddbox
You can cancel Oddbox online or in writing. Boxes stop from the next delivery whose cut-off (9:00 PM, 3 days before delivery) hasn't passed; an order past its cut-off still comes.
Step by step
- Log in to your Oddbox account and click the menu icon (small square with three lines in the top right corner).
- Click Account Details, then click on the Cancel subscription tab.
- Choose the subscription you wish to cancel by clicking the red Cancel this subscription button.
- Follow the steps to cancel. Oddbox sends an email to confirm the cancellation.
- Do it before your cut-off (9:00 PM, 3 days before your delivery is due) if you don't want the next box.

What you keep
A Market order due with your box is still delivered on the date your box was scheduled.
Refunds
An order past the cut-off can't be cancelled and refunded; Oddbox can donate it to a charity partner for you instead.

Your rights
If you signed up online or by phone, you can usually cancel within 14 days of the day you signed up, without giving a reason.
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 29
If you asked for it to start within those 14 days, you usually pay for what you had up to the day you told them you were cancelling.
Digital content, such as a film or a book you stream or download, is the exception: once it has started with your agreement, and you accepted that you'd lose the right to cancel, you usually lose those 14 days.
If Apple or Google Play bills you for it, you cancel it with them, not with the seller. On Google Play, deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
