How to cancel Sainsbury’s Delivery Pass
You can cancel Sainsbury’s Delivery Pass online or by phone. It ends at the end of the time you've paid for.
Step by step
- Log in to Sainsbury’s Groceries Online and go to My Account.
- Open My Passes and turn off auto-renewal before your renewal date.
- Or call Sainsbury’s Customer Care Team on 0800 328 1700 to cancel the renewal.

Your rights
If you signed up online or by phone, you can usually cancel within 14 days of the day you signed up, without giving a reason.
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 29
If you asked for it to start within those 14 days, you usually pay for what you had up to the day you told them you were cancelling.
Digital content, such as a film or a book you stream or download, is the exception: once it has started with your agreement, and you accepted that you'd lose the right to cancel, you usually lose those 14 days.
If Apple or Google Play bills you for it, you cancel it with them, not with the seller. On Google Play, deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
