How to cancel Slimming World
You can cancel Slimming World online or by phone. It ends at the end of the time you've paid for.
Step by step
- These steps are for Slimming World Online. Log in to the website, click on your profile picture in the top right of the screen and choose Settings.
- Select the Account & Membership option, followed by Membership status, and cancel your membership there.
- Or contact Slimming World: the general enquiries line is 0344 892 0400, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- If you joined in the iOS or Android app, update your subscription in the App Store or Play Store: Slimming World can't cancel it for you.

What you keep
You keep access to Slimming World Online until your current membership period ends, and it won't renew again.
Refunds
Cancel within 14 days of paying for your first 3-month package for a refund of unused time (goods sent back unused). After that, no refunds.

Your rights
If you signed up online or by phone, you can usually cancel within 14 days of the day you signed up, without giving a reason.
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 29
If you asked for it to start within those 14 days, you usually pay for what you had up to the day you told them you were cancelling.
Digital content, such as a film or a book you stream or download, is the exception: once it has started with your agreement, and you accepted that you'd lose the right to cancel, you usually lose those 14 days.
If Apple or Google Play bills you for it, you cancel it with them, not with the seller. On Google Play, deleting the app doesn't cancel it.

Members aged 60 or over pay a reduced weekly group fee of £6.65, and members aged 16-17 pay £5.95, against the standard £6.95.
