How to cancel Tesco Clubcard Plus
You can cancel Tesco Clubcard Plus online or by phone. It ends at the end of the time you've paid for.
Step by step
- Sign in to your Tesco account and open your Clubcard Plus subscription account page.
- Select Cancel Renewal.
- You won't get a refund, but you keep your Clubcard Plus discounts until the end of the current monthly period.
- Joined in the last 14 days? Call Tesco on 0800 591 688 with your Clubcard Plus account details instead.

What you keep
Your core Tesco Mobile or Tesco Bank agreement carries on, but extras that need Clubcard Plus may be removed.

None with Cancel Renewal. Within 14 days of first joining: a full refund if no discounts were used, otherwise possibly a partial one.

Your rights
If you signed up online or by phone, you can usually cancel within 14 days of the day you signed up, without giving a reason.
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 29
If you asked for it to start within those 14 days, you usually pay for what you had up to the day you told them you were cancelling.
Digital content, such as a film or a book you stream or download, is the exception: once it has started with your agreement, and you accepted that you'd lose the right to cancel, you usually lose those 14 days.
If Apple or Google Play bills you for it, you cancel it with them, not with the seller. On Google Play, deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
