Iceland Bonus Club is the savings scheme behind the Iceland Bonus Card: you top up money in advance and Iceland adds a £1 bonus for every £20 you load, plus member offers. There are no points to collect. Your savings and Bonus Pounds work in Iceland and The Food Warehouse stores and online at iceland.co.uk, but not in franchise stores or concessions such as The Range.

Is there an Iceland Bonus Card app?
Short answer: Yes, the Bonus Club app
Yes, in the app listed as Iceland Bonus Card in the App Store and Google Play (Iceland's own pages call it the Bonus Club app): sign up and you get a digital card straight away, which you scan at the till to pay with your Bonus Club balance. In store you need Wi-Fi or mobile data unless you've added the card to your phone's wallet from 'My Card'. A plastic card still works alongside the app, but new ones are only available through Customer Care in special cases.
How do I register my Iceland Bonus Card and sign in?
Short answer: Sign up in the app
Download the Bonus Club app and sign up: you get a digital card automatically, or to link a card from a shop, choose “Yes, I have a card from store” and enter its number. You can also sign up on Iceland's website, and you must be 18 or over and live in the UK. The app and iceland.co.uk both sign you in with your Iceland account email and password.
I've lost my Iceland Bonus Card. What do I do?
Short answer: Call 0800 328 0800
Call Iceland Customer Care on 0800 328 0800 straight away. They'll block the card, send you a new one and can move your savings across to it. Until you report it, Iceland isn't liable for top-ups or bonuses taken from your account.
Can I add my Iceland Bonus Card to Apple Wallet?
Short answer: Yes, from the app
Yes. In the Bonus Club app, go to the 'My Card' tab and tap 'Add to Wallet', and you'll see “Card added successfully”. Once it's saved, the card is ready to scan at the till even without Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Can I add my Iceland Bonus Card to Google Wallet?

Yes. In the Bonus Club app, go to the 'My Card' tab and tap 'Add to Wallet', and you'll see “Card added successfully”. Once it's saved, the card is ready to scan at the till even without Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Can I share my Iceland Bonus Card balance?
Short answer: Merging cards: ask Customer Care
If you need to merge cards, Iceland's help says to contact Customer Care. Each account belongs to one person: the terms allow one Bonus Club account per person and say it's personal to the registered member. Check your card's terms.
Can I get a second Iceland Bonus Card for my household?
Short answer: No, one card only
No. You can only have one Bonus Card linked at a time, and Iceland allows one Bonus Club account per person. To switch cards, go to your account, remove your current card and add the one you want; changes can take up to 24 hours. Check your card's terms.

Can my family use my Iceland Bonus Card from Vouchernaut?
Yes, if you share it: start a free family, invite the people you shop with and tap Share on the card. It shows on their phones until you stop sharing. Every scheme sets its own rules on who can use a card, so sharing is your call. Check your card's terms.
Will the till scan my Iceland Bonus Card from my phone?
Most tills read barcodes from a phone screen. Vouchernaut draws the barcode again sharp and checks it reads back as your number before it's marked ready for the till. If one struggles, turn your screen brightness up, or read out the number underneath.
Does Vouchernaut see my points or what I buy?
No. It keeps your card's barcode and number to show at the till. It doesn't read your points or balance, track what you buy or sell anything on.
