Store card Tesco
Tesco Clubcard Signing in, the app, a lost card and your card number
Tesco Clubcard is Tesco's free loyalty scheme. Scan it in store or use it online to get Clubcard Prices and collect points, which turn into vouchers: every 250 points gives you £2.50, and you can also collect at Tesco petrol stations and with Tesco Mobile and Tesco Bank. Members need a UK address and must be 18 or over, though 16 and 17-year-olds can join by invitation from an adult member.

Free. I keep your card's barcode ready for the till. I'm not Tesco's app, so I can't see your points. Tesco's terms say a Clubcard cannot be copied and can only be used by the member named and registered on the account. Check your card's terms.

How do I register my Clubcard and sign in?
Short answer: Register online or in-app
Register at tesco.com and choose 'I'd like to join Clubcard today', and Tesco emails you your Clubcard number; in the Tesco app, select 'Register' and say yes to 'Opt in to Clubcard?'. To register a card you already have, choose 'I already have a Clubcard and I'd like to link my accounts' and enter the card number, the address you used when you joined and your name as it appears on the card. After that, sign in at tesco.com or in the app.
Is there a Clubcard app?
Short answer: Yes, in the Tesco app
Yes. Your digital Clubcard is in the Tesco app (Tesco Grocery & Clubcard on the App Store and Google Play): on the 'Clubcard' or 'Home' screen, select the Clubcard image saying 'Tap to scan' and scan the code at the checkout, or type your Clubcard number in if the barcode won't scan. Plastic Clubcards still work too, so you can use either at Tesco.

I've lost my Clubcard. What do I do?
Short answer: Order a new card online
Order a new plastic card on the Tesco website (not the app), or use the digital Clubcard in the Tesco app instead. Sign in at tesco.com, go to 'My account', select 'Order a new card' under 'Clubcard', then 'Order a plastic Clubcard': it arrives within 10 working days with a new number, which Tesco adds to your account for you, and you can only get 1 new card every 12 months. If you can't sign in or don't know your Clubcard number, call 0800 591 688.
Where do I find my Clubcard number?
Short answer: In the app or account
In the Tesco app, select the Clubcard image saying 'Tap to scan' and the number is under the Clubcard code; it's also at the top of your 'Account' screen. At tesco.com, sign in, go to 'My account' and select 'My Clubcards' in the 'Clubcard' section to see every Clubcard linked to your account. It's on your Clubcard statements too.
Can I add my Clubcard to Apple Wallet?
Short answer: Yes, from the Tesco app
Yes. In the Tesco app, select the 'Home' icon, then the person icon at the top right for your 'Account' page, select 'Clubcard management' and then 'Add Clubcard' to add it to Apple Wallet on your iPhone. Tesco says this lets you get to your digital card even without a phone or Wi-Fi signal.
Can I add my Clubcard to Google Wallet?
Short answer: Yes, from the Tesco app
Yes. In the Tesco app, select the 'Home' icon, then the person icon at the top right for your 'Account' page, select 'Clubcard management' and then 'Add Clubcard' to add it to Google Wallet on your Android phone. Tesco says this lets you get to your digital card even without a phone or Wi-Fi signal.
Can I get a second Clubcard for my household?
Short answer: Key fobs for your household
Yes, in the form of key fobs and linked cards: Tesco's terms say points collected on additional Clubcards linked to your account go to your account, and anyone who lives at your registered address can use your key fob (over 18, says Tesco's help). I couldn't find a Tesco page saying how to order an extra card or how many you can have. Replacements are limited to 1 new card every 12 months. Check your card's terms.
Can I share my Clubcard points with family?
Short answer: Yes, with Clubcard Together
Yes, between two members over 18 who live at the same address. Clubcard Together puts both members' points into one Group balance, and either of you can use the Group's vouchers and coupons; to set one up, call the Clubcard team on 0800 591 688 with both of you there. Outside a Group, points can't be transferred, bought, sold or traded. Check your card's terms.
Can someone else use my Clubcard?
Short answer: Only your key fob
Only the key fob. Tesco's terms say the Clubcard can only be used by the member named and registered on the account and cannot be copied, but key fobs may be used by anyone living at the same registered address. Tesco's help adds that they need to be over 18. Check your card's terms.
I checked these answers against Tesco's own pages on 13 October 2026. Schemes change their rules, so check your card's terms before you count on one.

Questions people ask
Can someone else use my Clubcard?
Only the key fob. Tesco's terms say the Clubcard can only be used by the member named and registered on the account and cannot be copied, but key fobs may be used by anyone living at the same registered address. Tesco's help adds that they need to be over 18. Check your card's terms.
Can I keep my Clubcard on my phone with Vouchernaut?
Yes, free. Scan its barcode at vouchernaut.com/cards, or take a photo of it, and it's saved with the barcode drawn sharp for the till. Without an account it stays on that phone; a free account keeps it if you change phones. Tesco's terms say a Clubcard cannot be copied and can only be used by the member named and registered on the account. Check your card's terms.
Does Vouchernaut add my Clubcard to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
No. Vouchernaut keeps your card in its own wallet in your browser and doesn't make Apple Wallet or Google Wallet passes. For Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, see what Tesco says above.
Can my family use my Clubcard from Vouchernaut?
Yes, if you share it: start a free family, invite the people you shop with and tap Share on the card. It shows on their phones until you stop sharing. Every scheme sets its own rules on who can use a card, so sharing is your call. Check your card's terms.
Will the till scan my Clubcard from my phone?
Most tills read barcodes from a phone screen. Vouchernaut draws the barcode again sharp and checks it reads back as your number before it's marked ready for the till. If one struggles, turn your screen brightness up, or read out the number underneath. Tesco's terms say a Clubcard cannot be copied and can only be used by the member named and registered on the account. Check your card's terms.
Does Vouchernaut see my points or what I buy?
No. It keeps your card's barcode and number to show at the till. It doesn't read your points or balance, track what you buy or sell anything on.
