Store card Waitrose

myWaitrose Signing in, the app, a lost card and Apple Wallet

My Waitrose is the loyalty scheme for Waitrose shops and waitrose.com. Waitrose is part of the John Lewis Partnership, but the card's benefits are for Waitrose only. Members get savings on selected products, a free coffee or tea a day from the in-store machines (bring a reusable cup) and up to three Little Treats a month for spending £50, £100 and £250, and it's open to adults living in the UK or the Channel Islands.

Free. I keep your card's barcode ready for the till. I'm not Waitrose's app, so I can't see your points. Waitrose's terms say the My Waitrose card cannot be copied, though Waitrose lets you print a copy of your own card from your account to use in its shops. Check your card's terms.

How do I register my My Waitrose card and sign in?

Short answer: Sign up online or in-app

Sign up on the My Waitrose page or in the Waitrose & Partners app, which also lets you link a card you already have. Sign in at waitrose.com, and use the same details in the app. If your card isn't linked to your online account yet, go to My Account and follow the steps to link it.

Is there a My Waitrose card app?

Short answer: Yes, in the Waitrose app

Yes. In the Waitrose & Partners app, tap the 'My Waitrose card' icon on the home screen and scan the card at the checkout; it opens even with no internet connection. You don't need the plastic card, but you can still order one by post or print a copy to use in store.

I've lost my My Waitrose card. What do I do?

Short answer: Use the app, reorder online

Sign in to your waitrose.com account to get a digital card, which you can scan at the checkout from the app in the meantime. For a new plastic card, order one from the My Waitrose card and details page once signed in (post can take up to two weeks), or use the replacement card form if you don't have an online account.

Can I add my My Waitrose card to Apple Wallet?

Short answer: Yes, from the app

Yes. The Waitrose & Partners app's App Store listing says you can add your myWaitrose card to Apple Wallet. Waitrose's help pages don't give the steps.

Where do I find my My Waitrose card number?

Short answer: On the card and app

It's on your physical card and on your digital card, which you open from the 'My Waitrose card' icon in the app or the Card & Details section of your account on waitrose.com. It has 16 digits and starts 9210 or 9230.

Can I get a second My Waitrose card for my household?

Short answer: One account per person

One each. The terms allow one My Waitrose account per customer, and members who live at the same address can't join or merge their accounts. Check your card's terms.

Can I add my My Waitrose card to Google Wallet?

Short answer: Yes, from the Android app

Yes. The app's Google Play listing says you can add your myWaitrose card to your Google Pay wallet. Waitrose's help pages don't give the steps.

Can I share my My Waitrose card points with family?

Short answer: No

No. The terms allow one My Waitrose account per customer, say members at the same address can't join or merge their accounts, and say Little Treats spend can't be transferred to another account or cardholder. Check your card's terms.

Can someone else use my My Waitrose card?

Short answer: No, it's for your use

The terms say not. The card is not transferable and is 'exclusively for your personal and consumer use', the free hot drink needs the cardholder there with their own card, and ScanPayGo needs you to be the card's registered owner. Check your card's terms.

I checked these answers against Waitrose's own pages on 13 October 2026. Schemes change their rules, so check your card's terms before you count on one.

Questions people ask

Can someone else use my My Waitrose card?

The terms say not. The card is not transferable and is 'exclusively for your personal and consumer use', the free hot drink needs the cardholder there with their own card, and ScanPayGo needs you to be the card's registered owner. Check your card's terms.

Can I keep my My Waitrose card on my phone with Vouchernaut?

Yes, free. Scan its barcode at vouchernaut.com/cards, or take a photo of it, and it's saved with the barcode drawn sharp for the till. Without an account it stays on that phone; a free account keeps it if you change phones. Waitrose's terms say the My Waitrose card cannot be copied, though Waitrose lets you print a copy of your own card from your account to use in its shops. Check your card's terms.

Does Vouchernaut add my My Waitrose card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

No. Vouchernaut keeps your card in its own wallet in your browser and doesn't make Apple Wallet or Google Wallet passes. For Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, see what Waitrose says above.

Can my family use my My Waitrose card from Vouchernaut?

Yes, if you share it: start a free family, invite the people you shop with and tap Share on the card. It shows on their phones until you stop sharing. Every scheme sets its own rules on who can use a card, so sharing is your call. Check your card's terms.

Will the till scan my My Waitrose card from my phone?

Most tills read barcodes from a phone screen. Vouchernaut draws the barcode again sharp and checks it reads back as your number before it's marked ready for the till. If one struggles, turn your screen brightness up, or read out the number underneath. Waitrose's terms say the My Waitrose card cannot be copied, though Waitrose lets you print a copy of your own card from your account to use in its shops. Check your card's terms.

Does Vouchernaut see my points or what I buy?

No. It keeps your card's barcode and number to show at the till. It doesn't read your points or balance, track what you buy or sell anything on.
