Does Away Resorts do an NHS or blue light discount?

Yes, through Blue Light Card, which NHS staff can join. Members get a discount on selected Away Resorts bookings through the Away Resorts offer on Blue Light Card's site. Blue Light Card costs £4.99 for two years and is also open to teachers, emergency services, the armed forces, social care workers and some retired staff. Its listing says the offer doesn't apply at Boston West Hotel, Gara Rock, East Fleet Park or Glendevon, and can't be combined with other offers.
