What is Away Resorts' cancellation policy?

You can cancel free within 24 hours of getting your booking confirmation, as long as the holiday hasn't started. After that, Away Resorts charges by how close to arrival you cancel: 70 days or more before, you lose your deposit; 56 to 69 days, 30% of the holiday cost; 42 to 55 days, 40%; 29 to 41 days, 50%; 8 to 28 days, 90%; 7 days or less, the full cost. These charges apply to direct bookings made since 13 March 2023. To cancel, call 0330 053 7000. It also sells an optional Park Cancellation Plan to cover lost payments if you have to cancel.
