Hamleys sells toys and games from baby and preschool up to collectables. The online shop is arranged by type: LEGO and other construction sets, soft toys and teddy bears, early learning toys, action figures and vehicles, dolls, board games and puzzles, arts and crafts, science kits, outdoor and ride-on toys, and console games. Alongside the big toy brands sits Hamleys’ own range, mostly plush and bears. You can also browse by age, by brand or by price band, and the gift finder helps when you’re buying for a child you don’t know well.
Hamleys delivers to addresses across the UK. Standard tracked delivery, next-day, named-day and collection from a local parcel shop are offered, and the cost of each depends on the service and the size of the order, all shown at checkout. Orders sent from its warehouse come with a dispatch email and a tracking link, and the courier gives a delivery window on the day. Large outdoor and ride-on toys travel straight from Hamleys’ suppliers to UK mainland addresses only and take longer; the product page gives the expected time. The Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands have their own charges, and Hamleys can’t deliver to BFPO addresses.
Yes. Unused toys in a condition to be sold again can be returned for a refund or exchanged within the period set out on Hamleys’ returns page, either by post using its Freepost address or in person at a Hamleys shop. If you bought online and return in a shop, take the order invoice, and the refund goes back to the card you paid with. Personalised and made-to-measure items can only be returned if they’re faulty. Faulty toys are refunded or replaced, though that doesn’t cover accidental damage or misuse. Your legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days applies as well.
The flagship has been on Regent Street in London since 1881, spread over seven floors with a different kind of toy on each. Hamleys’ store list also covers Westfield London, London Bridge, St Pancras and Glasgow, shops in airports and Hamleys stores abroad. Regent Street runs bookable experiences, such as a slime-making workshop, listed on the website’s What’s On pages. Shops open and close, so check the store finder on hamleys.com before a trip.
Copy a code from this page and enter it at checkout on hamleys.com, where the total updates before you pay. Hamleys codes often leave out some products, such as reduced items or gift cards, and usually can’t be combined with another code, so read the terms under each one here first. Klarna’s pay-later options are offered at checkout, and Hamleys gift cards can be spent online and in its shops.
We currently list 2 discount codes. Check each offer's terms, country and expiry date before using it. The retailer confirms eligibility at checkout.
Hamleys’ UK website delivers to UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands at their own charges, but not to BFPO addresses. Hamleys has separate country sites and shops abroad.
Yes. Take the order invoice to a Hamleys shop and the staff pass your details to the web team, who refund the card you paid with. You can also send it back by Freepost.
Only if they’re faulty. Personalised, made-to-measure and perishable items can’t be refunded or exchanged otherwise.
Yes. Klarna’s pay-later options are offered at checkout on hamleys.com, subject to Klarna’s own checks.
William Hamley opened the first shop, Noah’s Ark, on High Holborn in London in 1760. The business moved its main shop to Regent Street in 1881.

Got a question about Hamleys?

Funko's UK site is built around Pop! vinyl figures and collectible merchandise, with a strong focus on film, television and comic franchises. Shoppers in the UK can browse the Marvel Studios pre-order line and wider character ranges on the same site, which makes it a sensible first stop for figure collectors rather than general toy buyers.

Let's Explore produces immersive learning packs for curious children, and its Oceans Mega Pack is the headline set. The description points to marine and wildlife themes, from whales and sharks to polar bears and the effects of deep-sea pollution. This profile covers what the supplied material confirms and what to weigh before buying.

This is Maqio, a toy retailer that grew from a shop in Buxton into an online-only business with its own warehouse near Rochdale. You get toys, games and playsets from familiar character brands, with a focus on keeping prices low.

Mr Farts is a novelty shop built around fart toys, prank gifts and merch. The range runs from a single Fart Button to a full Ultimate Fart Bundle, with plushies and fart putty in between. It suits party hosts and anyone after a cheap laugh rather than a serious gift.

My Mini Maker sends a themed craft kit each month for children aged three to nine, with four activities and everything needed packed in the box. The kits suit parents who want screen-free activities without planning or sourcing materials themselves. Choosing the right age band and plan length are the two decisions that matter most.

This is Outsmarted, a TV quiz-show board game that puts kids, teens and adults in the hot seat together. A connected phone, tablet or laptop hosts the show and adjusts the questions to each player's age.

Teddys Trove is a small UK toy and gift shop run by a family team near Thirsk in North Yorkshire. The range centres on plush animals, fidget and squeeze toys, fancy dress and resin money banks, so it suits gift buyers looking for something soft or playful for younger children.

TP Toys is a family-owned British brand that has sold toys in the UK since 1959. Its range leans towards garden play, with climbing frames, trampolines, playhouses, swings and mud kitchens. Most of the choice is in outdoor equipment, so it suits families who have space to fill rather than shoppers after small indoor toys.
