Choosing between delivery speeds
The delivery page lists Royal Mail Tracked services at roughly 2 to 4 working days, a 1 to 2 day option, and a guaranteed next day service for orders placed before 4pm. Free standard delivery applies to orders over gbp50, so if you are close to the threshold it may be worth adding a small item rather than paying the flat fee. The next day service is for mainland UK only and excludes bank holidays, so check the postcode and calendar before relying on it.
Using click and collect
Collection from the Charing Cross Road branch is free on all orders, and you receive an email once items are ready. Check the delivery page for the current cut-off times before you order if you need same-day collection. Collect within a month, as uncollected orders are cancelled and refunded automatically. This is a sensible route if you would rather not have a parcel arrive at home.
Discretion and packaging
Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging, and card or bank statements show the payment under the name HS Trading rather than the nature of the purchase. That detail matters if you share a household or inbox with others.
Before you return something
Returns are free within 30 days of delivery for UK customers, but hygiene rules apply. Sex toys, bondage items and games must have original packaging unopened, and hygiene seals must be intact. Worn or washed lingerie and opened wigs cannot be returned. If a return drops your basket below gbp50, the standard delivery charge is deducted from your refund, so factor that in.
