High Street TV: what to know before you buy
Choosing between brands and the store's own range
High Street TV describes itself as the home of brands such as nutribullet, Drew&Cole and New Image, and as the exclusive distributor for some As Seen On TV products. Its outlet section sells items it describes as looking and performing just like new, with little to no signs of use. Check whether a listing is marked as outlet before you compare it with a standard listing, as condition is the main difference.
Understanding delivery options
Standard delivery is quoted as within 3 to 5 working days. Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 7.30pm, seven days a week, where offered at checkout. It is not available to every postcode, and the store lists several exclusions, including parts of the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Heavier orders over 15KG are also excluded, and this applies to several larger fitness and fan products. Check your postcode and basket weight at checkout.
Using the 60-day guarantee
The 60 Day Money Back Guarantee gives you 60 calendar days from delivery to cancel. Refunds cover the product price, while postage and packing are excluded. Cancelling within 14 days refunds the full product price, but after 14 days the delivery charge is not returned. Items need to be in a re-saleable condition with original packaging, all instructions and any free items. Keep the box and accessories until you are sure.
Practical tips for a smooth order
With many kitchen and cleaning gadgets, check the contents list against the product description so you know what is included. For larger items such as mattresses or pressure washers, think about who will receive the parcel, since the courier may leave it in a secure spot if you are out. Keep your tracking email handy, as the store asks for up to 5 working days before you query an order.
