The story
LOOKFANTASTIC calls itself Europe's number one online premium beauty retailer, a claim made on its own About page. It brings skincare, haircare, cosmetics and fragrance together in one place, from household names to newer finds.
It is part of THG Holdings, a technology group that helps brands sell direct to consumers, and it runs localised sites in many countries. The company says every product is chosen with intention, so the range leans towards brands with a reputation rather than an endless list.
The range
Big beauty names sit alongside newer movements in clean, vegan and organic products and a strong K-beauty section. The shop covers skincare, make-up, haircare, fragrance, body care, men's grooming and home scents.
There are also gift sets, advent calendars, limited editions and a subscription beauty box. Its own app and an AI beauty companion called Lia help with choosing, and gift vouchers suit anyone who'd rather let someone else pick.
Delivery
UK delivery comes in several forms: standard tracked, next day, click and collect from a large network of collection points, and an eco option where the last mile is by foot, bike or electric vehicle. A paid annual Premier Delivery subscription covers unlimited delivery.
Costs and cut-off times show at checkout. Some express services can pause at busy times, and there are no deliveries on Bank Holidays.
Returns
Unwanted items can be returned in pristine condition, meaning unopened, unused and with seals intact, within the window on its returns page. Returns are started through a partner portal that lets you pick a carrier.
