1. How much is New Look delivery?

   Our answer

   Standard delivery is £2.99 and takes 3 to 5 working days with Evri, free on orders with £50 of full-price or promotional items (sale items don't count). Express is £3.99 for delivery within 2 working days if ordered before 8pm. Next Day is £5.99 for orders placed before 9pm, Monday to Friday, and a Sunday service costs the same for orders placed before 7.30pm on Saturday. There is no free next-day option. Northern Ireland gets standard delivery in 4 to 6 working days, and Express isn't available there.

2. Does New Look do a Blue Light or NHS discount?

   Our answer

   Yes. Blue Light Card and Defence Discount Service members get 15% off full-price New Look branded products: online with a single-use discount from their scheme's portal for each order, or in store by showing the card with ID. Blue Light Card costs £4.99 for two years and is for NHS, emergency services, social care, teaching and armed forces staff, and some retired staff. NHS and healthcare staff can also join Health Service Discounts, which is free and lists 10% off full-price New Look items online. None of these cover sale or concession items.

3. Does New Look do a student discount?

   Our answer

   Yes. Online, students verify with UNiDAYS or Student Beans to get a single-use discount; both list 10% off womenswear and 15% off menswear at New Look. In store, students show valid student photo ID at the till. The student discount doesn't apply to sale items, items already discounted or third-party brands.

4. What is New Look's returns policy?

   Our answer

   New Look gives 28 days to return items, counted from the receipt date or from when an online order was delivered or collected. For online sale items, you tell New Look within 14 days of receiving them, then have another 14 days to send them back. Items must be unworn, in original condition and come with the order number or receipt. Online orders go back free to any UK New Look store with a QR code from its returns portal, or for £2.95 through Evri or InPost drop-off points. Sale items bought in store can only be exchanged, within 14 days. Refunds go to the original payment method.
