Blue Light Card and Defence Discount Service members get 15% off full-price New Look branded products: online with a single-use discount from their scheme's portal for each order, or in store by showing the card with ID. Blue Light Card costs £4.99 for two years and is for NHS, emergency services, social care, teaching and armed forces staff, and some retired staff. NHS and healthcare staff can also join Health Service Discounts, which is free and lists 10% off full-price New Look items online. None of these cover sale or concession items.
