New Look: what to know before you buy
What does New Look sell?
New Look sells everyday fashion for women, men and girls, with shoes and accessories, mostly under its own label with some third-party brands alongside. It began as a single shop in Taunton in 1969 and still trades from high-street stores as well as online and in its app. For other fashion shops with codes, PrettyLittleThing covers womenswear and boohooMAN covers menswear.
How can you save at New Look?
New Look has several routes beyond the codes listed here. Students get a one-time code through UNiDAYS or Student Beans online, or show student photo ID in store. Blue Light Card and Defence Discount Service members get a single-use code for each order. Club New Look, free with a New Look account, shows Club prices on selected products without a code, gives early access to sales and sends a birthday code. If you spot a newlook.com promotion, a store will honour it when you tell staff before paying. Most codes only work on full-price New Look items, so sale items and third-party brands are usually left out. Our Black Friday plan covers when the big UK sales start.
How does delivery work?
New Look delivers with Evri, offering standard, express and next day options plus click and collect, with each cost shown at checkout. It delivers to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses. If you order often, the Delivery Pass covers delivery, collection and UK returns until it expires, and it doesn't renew on its own.
How do returns work?
You can return an online order to any UK New Look store with the QR code from your return, or send it back by InPost or Evri, which carry a charge. Sale items bought online have a shorter window to tell New Look, and online orders paid for in a store can only be refunded in a store. The returns page has the current window.
Can I pay later at New Look?
Yes. Klarna lets you pay later or in instalments, and PayPal Pay in 3 is offered above a minimum spend. New Look gift cards and One4All cards are accepted online too.

Does New Look have a student discount?

Does New Look have an NHS discount?
Yes, through Blue Light Card and the Defence Discount Service, whose members get a single-use code from their portal for each online order or show their card in store. NHS and healthcare staff can also use Health Service Discounts, which lists a New Look code for online orders. Each covers full-price items only and can't be combined with other offers.
What is Club New Look?
Club New Look is New Look's free membership, joined online or in the app with a New Look account. Members see Club prices on selected products without needing a code, get early access to sales and a birthday code, and new members may be emailed a welcome code.
Why won't my New Look code work?
New Look codes are case sensitive and usually single-use. Most only work on full-price items, not on sale items or third-party brands, though a free-delivery code can usually be used alongside a discount code.
Will a New Look store honour an online offer?
Yes. Tell staff before you pay and the store will honour a valid newlook.com promotion, as long as it has the stock. Stores don't match other retailers, marketplaces or store-only prices.
Who handles my order?
You complete your purchase with the retailer. For order changes, delivery questions or a refund, contact the seller shown on your order confirmation. Vouchernaut publishes shopping guides and offers; we don't process your purchase.
