Most of the range comes from other brands, such as adidas, Nike, New Balance, Converse, Vans, Dr. Martens and Timberland, alongside its own label and a smaller range of clothing and accessories. For smart boots and court shoes, Jones Bootmaker is another UK shoe shop with branches.
Yes. Every schuh store carries kids’ shoes, schuh Kids shops sit beside some branches, and schuh Kids is the one part of the business that offers a fitting service, with a fitting guide and size charts by brand on its site. Its wellies come from brands such as Hunter Boots and Barbour, and our guide to wellies for dog walks explains how linings and fit differ. For a children’s shoe specialist, Start-Rite is built around kids’ feet.
Couriers deliver schuh orders with a signature on delivery, and checkout offers standard, faster and chosen-date delivery, with quicker options in some areas. Orders can also be collected from a schuh store, or from a Yodel point in a local shop. Charges, cut-off times and any spend threshold are listed on its delivery page and shown at checkout.
Unused items can come back for a refund or an exchange within the window on its returns page, either by post or in a schuh store, where staff can help swap a size. Postal returns go through InPost lockers, Evri, Asda toyou or Yodel, with any charge shown on the returns page. Items shipped by schuh’s partners and ex-display pairs can’t go back to a shop, socks can’t be returned once out of their packaging, and clothing needs its labels and packaging. Outside schuh Kids there’s no fitting service, so its returns policy asks shoppers to be sure footwear suits them before use.
A code goes in the promo box at checkout, codes sent by email can also be shown in a shop, and schuh’s promotion terms allow one discount per transaction. Members of the schuh Club earn points online and in store that turn into gift card rewards, and its student tier is verified with a student email; Student Beans, TOTUM and UNiDAYS also issue student codes. Purpl members, the blue light community and the armed forces have their own discount pages, and its Sell Your Soles scheme gives a voucher towards a new pair for old shoes handed in at a store. Klarna is available at checkout for paying later or spreading the cost.
We don't currently list a confirmed discount code. That doesn't mean the store has no promotions; check its website for current prices.
