Sweet Cheeks discount codes and vouchers

What does Sweet Cheeks sell?

Sweet Cheeks sells bathroom paper made from sugarcane: toilet roll in an everyday 3-ply and a softer 5-ply, and boxed tissues. The fibre is bagasse, the pulp left once the juice has been pressed out of sugarcane to make sugar, which would otherwise be burned or thrown away. Rolls come in multipacks of different sizes, and the packaging is plastic-free. The brand says its rolls are biodegradable and break down quickly when flushed.

Who is Sweet Cheeks for?

It suits households that want to move away from tree-based toilet paper, and people who would rather their loo roll didn't arrive wrapped in plastic. Its own guides compare sugarcane with bamboo and recycled rolls, if you're weighing them up. Offices, hospitality and other businesses can register for a trade account, which has business pricing for larger and regular orders and its own online ordering. For other plastic-free swaps around the house, Big Green Smile stocks natural cleaning and bathroom products, and more household shops are in Home & Furniture.

How does delivery work?

Sweet Cheeks delivers across the UK by courier, and tracking details are emailed once an order has been dispatched. The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay, and their shipping page has current costs and times. You can buy once or set up a repeat delivery, so the bathroom doesn't run out. Large trade orders may come in several parcels.

Can I return Sweet Cheeks toilet roll?

Sweet Cheeks doesn't take returns of its products, opened or unopened, for hygiene reasons. If an order arrives damaged, has the wrong items, doesn't match its description or has something missing, it is refunded without being sent back: the request goes to [email protected] with the order number and photos of any damage. To cancel an order, contact them as soon as you can. Once it has shipped, refusing the parcel may mean no refund.

How do I use a Sweet Cheeks discount code?

A code from this page goes in the discount box at the Sweet Cheeks checkout, after the rolls or tissues are in your basket, and the saving shows before you pay. Each code has its own terms, such as which products or order sizes it covers, so it's worth reading them first.
