Boots Advantage Card Signing in, the app, your card number and a lost card
It's the loyalty scheme run by Boots UK Limited for Boots stores in the UK and boots.com, open to UK residents aged 13 or over. You collect 3 points for every £1 you spend in store, online or in the Boots app, and each point is worth 1p to spend. Cardholders also get Price Advantage member prices each month and personalised offers in the Boots app.
Free. I keep your card's barcode ready for the till. I'm not Boots' app, so I can't see your points.

How do I register my Advantage Card and sign in?
Short answer: Sign up online at boots.com
Sign up at boots.com/AdvantageCardApply: enter your email, log in to or create a boots.com account, add your details, and your digital card number shows on the confirmation screen and arrives by email. If you picked up a plastic card in a Boots store, select Yes at that step and enter the remaining 12 digits of its number, because unregistered cards expire 12 months from your first transaction. After that you sign in to your boots.com account through Log in/register to manage the card.
Is there an Advantage Card app?
Short answer: Yes, in the Boots app
Yes. The Boots: Beauty & Pharmacy app holds a digital Advantage Card that you scan at the till, from the app or from your phone's wallet, to collect and spend points. A plastic card is optional: you can sign up and get the digital card straight away, and if you want a plastic one, you collect it from any Boots store and link it to your boots.com account.
Where do I find my Advantage Card number?
Short answer: In the app and email
The Boots app shows your digital Advantage Card number, and Boots emails you the full digital number when you join (it's also on the sign-up confirmation screen). A plastic card has a different, 19-digit number of its own, but if you have both, the app always displays the digital one.
I've lost my Advantage Card. What do I do?
Short answer: Report it in your account
Report it in your boots.com account: go to Manage my Advantage Card, select Report Lost or Stolen next to the card, then choose the reason and submit. Your points move to your new card and your digital card is replaced or set up for you, so you can shop straight away; if the number changes, remove the old card in the Boots app before adding the new one. For a new plastic card, pick one up in any Boots store and link it to your account, or contact customer care if your card was never linked to a boots.com account.
Can I add my Advantage Card to Apple Wallet?
Short answer: Yes, from the Boots app
Yes. Open the Boots app, tap My Card, then tap Add to Apple/Google Wallet, and you can scan the card from Wallet at the till. If your card number ever changes, delete the old card from Wallet and add the new one.
Can I add my Advantage Card to Google Wallet?
Short answer: Yes, from the Boots app
Yes. Open the Boots app, tap My Card, then tap Add to Apple/Google Wallet, and you can scan the card from Google Wallet at the till. If your card number ever changes, delete the old card from Google Wallet and add the new one.
Can I share my Advantage Card points with family?
Short answer: Your own cards add together
Your own cards add together: one account can hold a digital and a plastic card, and points from both go into the same balance. If you hold two or more Advantage Card accounts, Boots may merge them at its discretion. I couldn't find a Boots page offering a way to pool points with someone else, and the terms say Boots won't exchange points for cash and "the offer is non-transferable". Check your card's terms.
Can I get a second Advantage Card for my household?
Short answer: No additional cards
No. The terms say Boots doesn't issue additional cards for the same account. One account can have two cards, one digital and one plastic, with different numbers, and points from both go into the same balance. Check your card's terms.
Can someone else use my Advantage Card?
Short answer: Not covered by the terms
Not covered: the terms don't say whether a partner or relative can use your card. They do say the scheme is for personal use only, with business use banned, that every card belongs to Boots, and that Boots may ask for ID, such as a driving licence or bus pass, when points are spent. Check your card's terms.
I checked these answers against Boots' own pages on 13 October 2026. Schemes change their rules, so check your card's terms before you count on one.

Can I keep my Advantage Card on my phone with Vouchernaut?
Yes, free. Scan its barcode at vouchernaut.com/cards, or take a photo of it, and it's saved with the barcode drawn sharp for the till. Without an account it stays on that phone; a free account keeps it if you change phones.
Does Vouchernaut add my Advantage Card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
No. Vouchernaut keeps your card in its own wallet in your browser and doesn't make Apple Wallet or Google Wallet passes. For Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, see what Boots says above.
Can my family use my Advantage Card from Vouchernaut?
Yes, if you share it: start a free family, invite the people you shop with and tap Share on the card. It shows on their phones until you stop sharing. Every scheme sets its own rules on who can use a card, so sharing is your call. Check your card's terms.
Will the till scan my Advantage Card from my phone?
Most tills read barcodes from a phone screen. Vouchernaut draws the barcode again sharp and checks it reads back as your number before it's marked ready for the till. If one struggles, turn your screen brightness up, or read out the number underneath.
Does Vouchernaut see my points or what I buy?
No. It keeps your card's barcode and number to show at the till. It doesn't read your points or balance, track what you buy or sell anything on.
