The Perfume Club Signing in, a lost card, the app and sharing points

The Perfume Club is The Perfume Shop's free loyalty scheme, run by The Perfume Shop Limited for UK and Irish residents aged 16 or over (some of its help pages still call it the Rewards Club). You collect 1 point for every £1 in store, online and in the app, and 100 points make a £5 reward. Members also get member prices, free standard delivery, 10% off a favourite brand for a year and 15% off in their birthday month.

How do I register my Perfume Club card and sign in?

Short answer: Online, in app or store

Sign up free at theperfumeshop.com/login under 'new customer', or in the app: enter your email, answer 'Do you have a Rewards Club Card?' to link a card you already have by its number or add a new digital card, then fill in your details. A card picked up in store earns points straight away, but you can't redeem them until you register it by giving your name and email or mobile in store, online or through Customer Services. Members sign in on the same page.

I've lost my Perfume Club card. What do I do?

Short answer: Contact Customer Services

Contact Customer Services, who can set up a new card and move your points onto it, as long as you haven't spent them. The FAQ also says you can get a new card number online by choosing to add a new Digital Rewards Club Card when you create an online account, though it doesn't say whether points move to it. Customer Services are on live chat, 0333 344 2646 and [email protected].

Is there a Perfume Club card app?

Short answer: Yes, in the TPS app

Yes. The Perfume Shop's app, The Perfume Shop – TPS App, holds a digital card you show to the team in store, just as you would a physical card. The shop says it no longer produces plastic cards and is moving to a fully digital card in the app, although its terms still mention picking up a physical card in store.

Can I share my Perfume Club card points with family?

Short answer: No

No. The terms say membership is personal to you and you may not share, transfer or sell your membership, points or rewards. Check your card's terms.

Can I get a second Perfume Club card for my household?

Short answer: No, one per person

No. The terms allow only one membership per person or email address, and say you may not share your membership. Check your card's terms.

Can someone else use my Perfume Club card?

Short answer: No, it's personal

No. The terms say membership is personal to you and you may not share it, its points or its rewards. They also make you responsible for keeping your card and digital credentials secure. Check your card's terms.

I checked these answers against The Perfume Shop's own pages on 13 October 2026. Schemes change their rules, so check your card's terms before you count on one.

Questions people ask

Can someone else use my Perfume Club card?

No. The terms say membership is personal to you and you may not share it, its points or its rewards. They also make you responsible for keeping your card and digital credentials secure. Check your card's terms.

Can I keep my Perfume Club card on my phone with Vouchernaut?

Yes, free. Scan its barcode at vouchernaut.com/cards, or take a photo of it, and it's saved with the barcode drawn sharp for the till. Without an account it stays on that phone; a free account keeps it if you change phones.

Does Vouchernaut add my Perfume Club card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

No. Vouchernaut keeps your card in its own wallet in your browser and doesn't make Apple Wallet or Google Wallet passes.

Can my family use my Perfume Club card from Vouchernaut?

Yes, if you share it: start a free family, invite the people you shop with and tap Share on the card. It shows on their phones until you stop sharing. Every scheme sets its own rules on who can use a card, so sharing is your call. Check your card's terms.

Will the till scan my Perfume Club card from my phone?

Most tills read barcodes from a phone screen. Vouchernaut draws the barcode again sharp and checks it reads back as your number before it's marked ready for the till. If one struggles, turn your screen brightness up, or read out the number underneath.

Does Vouchernaut see my points or what I buy?

No. It keeps your card's barcode and number to show at the till. It doesn't read your points or balance, track what you buy or sell anything on.
