Free. I keep your card's barcode ready for the till. I'm not Holland & Barrett's app, so I can't see your points.

The short answers

Household cards
No, one account each
Someone else using it
No, accounts are personal

I read these on Holland & Barrett's own help pages and terms on 13 October 2026. Each answer below has its sources.

Is there a H&B&Me card app?

Short answer: Yes, in the H&B app

Yes. Open the H&B app (H&B - Health, Food, Fitness on the App Store, Holland & Barrett - Wellbeing on Google Play), tap 'Rewards', and staff scan the QR code on your digital card at the till. Holland & Barrett stopped making plastic cards on 2 April 2023, but an old Rewards for Life card still works as normal. Without the app, you can give your name, email or address at the till instead.

How do I register my H&B&Me card and sign in?

Short answer: Online, in store or app

Join at hollandandbarrett.com/auth/signup, in a store with a colleague's help, or in the H&B app: create an account or sign in with your email at hollandandbarrett.com, then click 'Join H&B&Me'. You need to be 16 or over and live in the UK. If you joined in store, finish setting up through the verification email, or create an online account with the same email address and full name and it links automatically.

Where do I find my H&B&Me card number?

Short answer: In the app's Rewards section

In the Rewards section of the H&B app or your online account, once your card is linked to the account. If the email on your card matches the one you use online, the two connect automatically.

I've lost my H&B&Me card. What do I do?

Short answer: No replacements: use the app

Holland & Barrett no longer issues replacement cards, and Customer Services can't order one for you. Your card is always available in the H&B app instead: go to the 'Rewards' tab and sign in, or create an account with the email you signed up with, and it links automatically, with your points. Without the app, give your name, email or address at the till and your points are still added.

Can I add my H&B&Me card to Apple Wallet?

Short answer: Yes, from the H&B app

Yes. Log in to the H&B app, tap 'Rewards', find your QR code and select the option to add it to your Apple or Android wallet. You need an online account with your H&B&Me card linked to it first.

Can I add my H&B&Me card to Google Wallet?

Short answer: Yes, from the H&B app

Yes. The help pages say you can add the card to your Google or Android wallet from the app: log in to the H&B app, tap 'Rewards', find your QR code and select the option to add it to your wallet. You need an online account with your H&B&Me card linked to it first.

Can I share my H&B&Me card points with family?

Short answer: No, accounts are personal

No. The terms say your account is personal and not transferable, and you can't trade or sell points. Two exceptions: if you've ended up with two accounts of your own, Customer Services can bring them together, and family members can inherit points from a relative who has died. Check your card's terms.

Can I get a second H&B&Me card for my household?

Short answer: No, one account each

No. The terms allow only one account per person, and say family and friends must register for their own accounts, even if they live with you. Check your card's terms.

Can someone else use my H&B&Me card?

Short answer: No, accounts are personal

Not under the terms. Your account is personal, not transferable and for personal use only, and family and friends must register for their own accounts, even if they live with you. Check your card's terms.

I checked these answers against Holland & Barrett's own pages on 13 October 2026. Schemes change their rules, so check your card's terms before you count on one.

Questions people ask

Can someone else use my H&B&Me card?

Not under the terms. Your account is personal, not transferable and for personal use only, and family and friends must register for their own accounts, even if they live with you. Check your card's terms.

Can I keep my H&B&Me card on my phone with Vouchernaut?

Yes, free. Scan its barcode at vouchernaut.com/cards, or take a photo of it, and it's saved with the barcode drawn sharp for the till. Without an account it stays on that phone; a free account keeps it if you change phones.

Does Vouchernaut add my H&B&Me card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

No. Vouchernaut keeps your card in its own wallet in your browser and doesn't make Apple Wallet or Google Wallet passes. For Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, see what Holland & Barrett says above.

Can my family use my H&B&Me card from Vouchernaut?

Yes, if you share it: start a free family, invite the people you shop with and tap Share on the card. It shows on their phones until you stop sharing. Every scheme sets its own rules on who can use a card, so sharing is your call. Check your card's terms.

Will the till scan my H&B&Me card from my phone?

Most tills read barcodes from a phone screen. Vouchernaut draws the barcode again sharp and checks it reads back as your number before it's marked ready for the till. If one struggles, turn your screen brightness up, or read out the number underneath.

Does Vouchernaut see my points or what I buy?

No. It keeps your card's barcode and number to show at the till. It doesn't read your points or balance, track what you buy or sell anything on.
