What does Beetles sell?
Beetles makes gel nail polish and the tools for doing gel manicures at home. Its UK shop sells single gel colours and multi-colour sets, base and top coats, LED nail lamps, false nail tips and press-on nails, builder and extension gels, chrome powders and nail art brushes. Gel polish has to be cured under a UV or LED lamp before it hardens, so a first order usually needs a lamp as well as colours and a base and top coat, which is why Beetles also puts together starter kits.
Who runs Beetles and where does it deliver?
The UK shop is run by Rocky Cosmetics Inc, which gives an address in Austin, Texas. It delivers to UK addresses only, by Royal Mail or Yodel, with the delivery cost worked out at checkout and a tracking number emailed once the order ships. An order can be changed or cancelled by emailing customer support while it is still unfulfilled, but not once it has shipped.
Can I return Beetles gel polish?
Returns have to be requested by email first. Once Beetles accepts one it sends a return label and instructions, and parcels sent back without asking are refused. Items need to be new, unused and in their original packaging, and the policy lists beauty and personal-care goods, sale items and gift cards among the things it doesn't take back, so it's worth asking before opening anything you might return. Faulty, damaged or wrong items should be reported as soon as the order arrives. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
