Dockers was launched in 1986 by Levi Strauss & Co. as a comfortable, elegant alternative to the traditional suit. The brand says it helped change workplace dress codes in the 1990s, turning khakis into a staple of everyday professional style. Today it is best known for the chino, and it has kept adding stretch and performance fabrics to the idea.
Chinos are the centre of it. Men’s styles are grouped by fit and feel, from skinny, slim and straight cuts to performance, casual and refined chinos, with cargo and lightweight trousers alongside. Tops cover shirts, polos, T-shirts, sweaters and hoodies, coats and jackets. There is also a women’s collection of trousers, shirts, dresses, skirts, knitwear and accessories.
Dockers runs a free loyalty club called Crew. Members get free shipping on every order, discounted express delivery, a birthday treat once a birthday is added, early access to sales and new releases, and special Crew Days offers. New newsletter subscribers can get a welcome offer on a first order. Seasonal sales appear on the site, sometimes with a sign-in needed to unlock them, so it is worth being logged in before you check out.
The UK shop delivers to Great Britain, Monday to Friday, and a multi-item order arrives together in a single parcel. You get a tracking number by email once it has been handed to the courier. Standard delivery has a fee unless you are a Crew member or have a free-shipping offer, and the exact charge shows at checkout.
Returns are free through the online Returns Portal, which emails you a label. Items need to be unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging, though you can try garments on as you would in a shop. Sale items can be returned on the same terms. There are no direct exchanges, so for a different size you return the item and place a new order. Refunds follow once the parcel has been checked.
We currently list 3 discount codes. Check each offer's terms, country and expiry date before using it. The retailer confirms eligibility at checkout.
Dockers Crew members get free shipping on every order, and new newsletter subscribers get a first-order offer that includes free shipping. Otherwise a standard delivery fee shows at checkout.
