Dream Interiors: what to know before you buy
The story
Dream Interiors was launched on 1 May 2022 by Katie and her husband Michael. Building their own dream home deepened their love of interiors, and the shop grew out of that. Their stated aim is to bring quality, luxury pieces at affordable prices, with hand-picked items and a focus on customer service.
The range
Lighting leads the way, with antique brass pendants, wall lights, wall lamps and glass chandeliers. Furniture includes dining tables, coffee tables, console tables, sideboards, sofas and chairs, along with mirrors, rugs, artwork and bedroom accessories. There is also an outlet section for reduced pieces.
Choosing
Dream Interiors has a showroom at Roccia Design Centre in Preston. You can see pieces in person before you decide, and opening days and hours are listed on the showroom page. For statement pieces such as chandeliers and dining tables, check the dimensions on each product page against your space, and think about how the finish will sit with your chairs and flooring.
Delivery
The shop aims to deliver within a few working days unless an item says otherwise, and pre-order items show their arrival date in the description. You get tracking details by text and email once an order ships. UPS handles most parcels, and larger pieces use a private delivery service, so give a correct postcode and a phone number. Delivery covers the UK except Northern Ireland, and collection from the Lancashire warehouse can be arranged by email. A delivery charge applies below a spend threshold shown on the delivery page.
Returns
Check your order on arrival and report any damage or faults within 24 hours, with photos. You can ask to return an unused item in its original packaging within the return window, but you need to contact the shop first. Made-to-order and pre-order items, cushions, artwork, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Return postage is not covered, and a restocking fee is deducted from refunds.
