Sophelia puts its meaning into stones and symbols rather than engraved words. A birthstone bracelet, an evil eye charm or a heart pendant can carry a personal message quietly, which suits a mum, a bridesmaid or a close friend. If you want something more personal, pieces can be engraved in-house, though engraved items take a little longer to leave the studio.
Orders are dispatched within one to two working days. Standard UK delivery is free and tracked, with no minimum spend. If the date is close, Next Day Delivery is available at checkout for a set fee, but you need to order by midday on a weekday to qualify. Orders placed after that cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day.
UK returns are free and you have 30 days from receiving your order to send items back for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned new, unworn and in their original packaging, and engraved pieces can only be returned if faulty. Gift wrapping and gift cards are non-refundable. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces follow that platform's own returns terms instead.
The brand ships internationally, with charges shown at checkout. Customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination, and the recipient may need to pay them. For overseas orders the customer pays return postage, so factor that in before buying a gift for someone abroad.

Angara sells handmade gemstone jewellery, with rings, earrings and necklaces forming the core of the range. It suits shoppers who want coloured stones as the main feature rather than plain everyday metalwork. The range is wide, so narrowing by piece type is the quickest way to find something right.

Angel Barocco sells freshwater pearl and sterling silver jewellery, with a focus on baroque pearls where each piece is naturally irregular. The range runs from earrings and necklaces to brooches, rings and bracelets, with personalised options such as initial and birth constellation designs.

Cufflinks Gift Hub sells men's cufflinks, lapel pins and a smaller range of watches and sunglasses, with a catalogue running to over a thousand designs. The shop leans towards novelty and themed pieces, from sports and musical motifs to animals and transport, rather than plain formal sets.

Finediam sells diamond engagement rings, earrings, tennis bracelets and necklaces from its Hatton Garden studio in London. A ready-to-ship range sits alongside made-to-order and bespoke pieces, so the right choice depends on whether you need something finished now or want a piece made to your own specification.

This is Lily Charmed, an independent, family-run charm jewellery boutique founded in 2011 by Lucy Lee in Windsor. You get charms, bracelets, necklaces and earrings designed for collecting your own story.

Natkina makes rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces, with many pieces set with cubic zirconia in silver and others set with genuine stones in precious metal. It suits anyone wanting statement jewellery at a lower price than natural diamonds, though the material on each piece matters.

This is Susan Caplan, a London vintage jewellery brand founded in 2008 by Susan Caplan herself. You'll find hand-picked designer pieces from houses such as Chanel, Dior, Monet and Trifari, each authenticated and selected by Susan.

T. H. Baker is a family owned jewellery and watch retailer with more than 125 years of experience in the trade. It is a useful place to look for watches and jewellery from a business with a long history in the industry, rather than a general-purpose gift shop.
