What does Luxe Mattresses make?
Mostly mattresses, 14 models across five collections, plus beds to put them on. The cheapest double in October 2026 was the Reverso Memory at £399, a dual-sided memory foam mattress, and the dearest the Luxe-Latex Natural Pillow Top 5000 at £1,299, which combines 5,000 pocket springs with natural fillings including British wool. In between sit the LuxeTherm Hybrid cooling mattress (£509 for a double), the Luxe Velour Hybrid (£549, with 1,000 to 2,000 pocket springs and a choice of soft, medium firm or firm), the Luxe Nova Hybrid (£611) and the LuxeOrganic latex hybrid (£674). Sizes run from single to super king, plus a 160 x 200cm Euro Queen.
Beds come as divans from £439 and lift-up ottoman storage beds from £519, with headboards from £110, mattress protectors from £19 and a memory foam topper from £35. The brand says its foams are CertiPUR-certified from Kayfoam, its wool comes from Edward Clay & Son in Ossett and its mattresses are fire-tested to BS 7177 by IFS Laboratories in Manchester.
Which sleepers does it suit?
The range covers every firmness from extra soft to what Luxe calls rock hard, with an unusual number of extra-firm models. The Majestic 9000, the Majestic 11000 (rated 9.5 out of 10) and the OrthoSupport9 are built for back and stomach sleepers who want no sink at all. The cooling hybrids use what the brand calls LTX gel foam and ventilated springs for people who run hot, and side sleepers are pointed towards the foam collection. Some models carry weight limits, such as 110kg on the Velour Hybrid, which the product pages state. For help choosing, the site offers a free consultation booking and a mattress quiz.
How do delivery and the trial work?
Standard delivery is free on mattresses and beds, and on other orders over £300: a two-person team brings the order to the doorstep within five to seven working days, flat or rolled. Carrying it to a room of your choice costs £19, a named delivery day £19, and taking an old mattress away for recycling £29 (it has to be bagged and by the front door). The delivery pages say free delivery covers most of mainland UK, with remote and offshore addresses excluded or charged, and the trial applies to mainland addresses only.
The 100-night trial has more conditions than the headline suggests. Luxe asks for 30 nights of settling in first; after that a refund can be claimed up to night 60 and an exchange up to night 100. The first exchange is free, a second costs £49 and is final, and there's one trial per household a year. The mattress has to come back clean and unstained, and the driver checks it at the door, so a protector from night one matters. Beds, headboards and bedding sit outside the trial but keep the 14-day right to cancel. An older summary on the claims portal also mentions a £39 charge when the reason for returning was clear from the listing, such as an extra-firm mattress feeling too hard.
Warranties are five years on the Velour, Reverso, Tencel 1000, Pocket Reflex 1000, Majestic 9000 and Tempure Velure, eight years on the Majestic 11000, Imperial 2000, LuxeTherm and Nova, and ten years on the rest. Clearance mattresses get 12 months.
What do customers say about Luxe Mattresses?
Trustpilot reviewers rate it 4.6 out of 5 from 162 reviews (October 2026), with 144 five-star and seven one-star ratings. The praise is mostly about firmness and comfort, and several reviews name the same helpful delivery driver. The complaints cluster around delivery communication: deliveries that turned up unannounced or had to be rearranged, a paid room-of-choice service the crew didn't know about, a wrong mattress, and a delay to an offshore island where Luxe handed over to a local courier. The brand says it has made mattresses since 2010; the current company, Luxe Mattress Ltd, was registered in Dewsbury in September 2024.
How can you pay less at Luxe Mattresses?
Many models were listed below their full price in October 2026: a Luxe Nova double was £611 against £719, and a LuxeOrganic double £674 against £899. The homepage still carried banners from earlier Easter and May sales of up to 30% off, and product pages offered 20% off a bed bought with a mattress. The codes on this page have included a money-off code for first orders. Klarna splits a purchase into three interest-free payments and DivideBuy offers 0% finance over up to 12 months, which spreads the cost without cutting it. The delivery extras add up: room of choice, named day and removal together come to £67.
