NOMO: what to know before you buy
Choosing the right bar
If you want a straightforward everyday chocolate, the Creamy Chocolate Bars are the most direct choice. Caramel and Salted Popcorn lean towards richer, bolder eating, while the filled bars suit anyone wanting something more indulgent to share. Bundles are useful if you are buying for several people or want to stock up.
Allergy considerations
Every product in the range is described as free from dairy, gluten, egg and nuts, so the range suits many dietary needs. Check the packaging of the specific product you choose, as allergen information is always the final word on what you buy.
Ordering from the UK site
NOMO ships throughout the UK and offers standard delivery with the order total determining whether shipping is charged. A next-day option is available for orders placed before 3pm. Because deliveries are not available to the Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands, check your postcode at checkout before you commit to an order.
Heat and returns
Chocolate can soften in warm weather, so timing matters if you are sending a gift. The returns policy states that perishable products cannot be returned once dispatched, but damaged or incorrect orders can be reported within 48 hours with photographs. Keep the packaging and delivery confirmation until you are sure the order is right.
